if we happen to seize this bore , will i be able to rebore it again and get a new piston for it

73 mm is the last piston size available, so u can probably start seizing engines from 70 mm and then move to 73 eventually.

Need suggestion for 4v Pro
Use case : Touring, occasional commute and trail riding
Thinking of going for 245 cc 73MM bigbore kit along with fuelX, Piggyback ECU , Performance airfilter, Spark plug and Free flow exhaust mod. Will this improve the mid range and help in comfortable cruising of 100kmph without compromising the reliability
admin –
Excellent roster! definitely improves mid-range performance and reduces engine strain at 100km/h. Proper installation and regular maintenance are the keys to durability, do not worry about reliability in case of NMW products.

I have a request, I did not find any place that’s why I’m here.
Please make big bore kit for apache 160. This bike sold more than hero xpulse therefore more chance to sell big bore kit.
Also for apache 200 too, because I own this. Apache 200 cylinder is unchanged since 2017 So all bs3, bs4 and bs6 model owner can install it in their bike. Same for apache 160 .
and lastly, in product description, write some more details about final engine cc, expected power and torque, changes required for carb and Fi, These will help people to understand deeply as well as create interest to upgrade.

We do provide Performance products for TVS Apache. Please contact us directly for enquiry upon products not listed on the website. Thank you for the feedback

Hi.
I am from Delhi and own Xpulse 200 BS6 2V.
I want to get the 73mm kit installed. I know I will have to get it done by my local mechanic in Delhi. I have few queries before ordering.
1. Will it be easy for the mechanic to install it properly – bored cylinder and piston both, i.e, complete kit? Will you be able to guide or help him over a call or if needed over video call?
2. Are all the things required to install the 73mm kit included, e.g. necessary gaskets, nut-bolts or rings or any other item needed while fitting?
3. Which kit would you recommend for – daily commute of around 50 to 60 kms in city and occasional weekend touring and little off-roading – forged or cast?
4. Which stage Valves and High lift cams do you recommend?
5. How is it going to impact fuel economy?
5. Any other suggestions you would like to provide will surely be welcomed.
Eagerly awaiting your response.
Regards, Sandeep.

Yes, but we don’t train mechanics apparently. We always recommend more power, even if its city ride or some crazy strides. Forged has a bit higher durability. Increase in displacement provides more efficient rides at higher speeds. Contact us directly for detailed information, Sandeep.
